1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for classes, booking lessons, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vine Athletics provides athletic training, classes, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Registration & Payment

• All participants must register and pay in full before attending any class or lesson-you can register and pay at time of services.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for lessons must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a credit or reschedule.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

• Refunds are not available for missed classes or sessions- if you need to cancel your registrations, you must do so at least 7 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be eligible for a credit toward future classes, at our discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Vine Athletics program, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity. Vine Athletics is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.

6. Liability Waiver

Participants agree to release Vine Athletics, its coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training or related activities.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Vine Athletics and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
